Online Booking Terms of Use

By using our online booking system, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are in place to ensure a smooth experience for all clients and to help us provide the highest quality care.

1. Booking Appointments

Appointments can be made online via our booking platform. By making a booking, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

It is your responsibility to select an appropriate appointment type and time. If you are unsure, please contact us prior to booking.

2. Medical Information & Referrals

Where relevant, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date medical information to assist in your care.

If you are attending under a GP care plan or other referral-based service, it is your responsibility to ensure a valid referral is in place prior to your appointment. Failure to provide appropriate documentation may result in standard consultation fees being charged.

You may bring relevant reports to your appointment or send them in advance to admin@nextphasephysio.com.au.

3. Fees & Payments

All consultation fees are payable at the time of your appointment unless otherwise arranged.

Fees may vary depending on the type and duration of the appointment. Any applicable rebates (e.g. Medicare, private health) are the responsibility of the client to claim unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that life happens and plans can change. To help us provide fair access to appointments for all clients, we ask that you adhere to the following cancellation policy:

  • More than 24 hours’ notice: No cancellation fee applies.
  • Between 24 hours and 2 hours’ notice: A $50 cancellation fee will be charged.
  • Less than 2 hours’ notice or non-attendance: The full appointment fee will be charged.

These fees help cover the reserved time that could have been offered to another client.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. Exemptions may be made at the clinic’s discretion in cases of exceptional circumstances.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible—we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

5. Arrival & Attendance

As we operate a small, home-based clinic with no reception, we ask that you:

  • Do not arrive more than 15 minutes prior to your appointment
  • Attend your appointment on time

Late arrival may result in a shortened session to avoid impacting other clients.

6. Privacy & Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting your privacy.

All personal and health information collected during the booking process and throughout your care is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Your information will not be shared without your consent, except where required by law.

7. Suitability for Treatment

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that physiotherapy involves assessment and treatment of physical conditions.

If you have any concerns about your suitability for physiotherapy, or if your condition changes prior to your appointment, please contact us to discuss.

8. Changes to Appointments or Services

We reserve the right to modify or cancel appointments where necessary, including due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you and reschedule.

9. Mobile Services

For mobile physiotherapy appointments, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate address and contact details
  • Ensure a safe and appropriate environment for treatment

At the scheduled time, please be available at the agreed location. Travel fees may apply where relevant.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By proceeding with an online booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use.

If you have any questions about these terms, please contact us prior to making your booking.
